Community Schools at Lincoln
Lincoln Elementary is proud to be a Community School, bringing students, families, staff, and community partners together to support student success.
As part of our Community Schools Advisory Council, each year, we survey students, staff, families, and community members to better understand how we can grow together. Results offer valuable insight into the priorities and aspirations of our school community.
Based on input from our most recent survey, we are focused on expanding student leadership opportunities, after-school clubs, and real-world learning experiences. Families shared a need for flexible meeting times, multilingual communication, and inclusive decision-making. Staff highlighted the importance of stronger community partnerships and increased access to student supports.
By addressing these needs—through flexible meeting options, family workshops, shared success stories, and increased access to resources and wellness supports — Lincoln Elementary is working to create a vibrant, inclusive Community School where students, families, staff, and partners thrive together.
